Mental Health and Counselling
One-on-one and group counseling sessions with trained professionals addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress in a safe, confidential space.
Virtual Support Groups
Free online support groups for single parents, young adults, and individuals navigating grief, trauma, or life transitions facilitated by mental health professionals.
Education & Job Training
Practical, job-ready training in digital skills, vocational trades, and professional development equipping participants with the tools to compete in today's job market.
Job Placement Services
Resume building, interview coaching, and direct employer connections that bridge the gap between training and meaningful employment.
